FOUNDERS

Sharad Kumar is the Co-Founder and CEO of FluidCloud. Before starting FluidCloud, Sharad built a strong foundation in technology through roles at Cisco, Pulse Secure, and Flex, and later as part of the founding team at Accurics (acquired by Tenable for $160M). His journey has been driven by a passion for creating tools that simplify complex infrastructure challenges and empower enterprises to take back control of their cloud strategy. Outside of work, Sharad believes in giving back to society. He actively supports philanthropic initiatives focused on education and care for underserved communities, reflecting his belief that success is meaningful only when shared.

James Bayer is the Co-Founder and Chief Product Officer at FluidCloud. Prior to FluidCloud, James led Product Management at HashiCorp, where he scaled the product team and helped with the IPO and selling the company to IBM. James previously led the product team at Pivotal working on Cloud Foundry, which had a successful IPO and acquisition to VMware. James held a variety of software development, pre-sales, and PM roles working with Java Middleware for Oracle, BEA Systems, Cordys, and IBM. James has a BS in Computer Science and Mathematics from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln and lives in the Bay Area with his family.

Harshit Omar is the Co-Founder & CTO of FluidCloud, where he's building the future of cloud infrastructure—enabling businesses to seamlessly migrate, replicate, and optimize workloads across multi-cloud environments. He was previously the first engineer at Accurics, where he led core development efforts on its policy engine and cloud security platform. With deep expertise in Go, Kubernetes, Terraform, and cloud compliance, Harshit has spent over a decade designing resilient systems across AWS, Azure, and GCP. His mission now is to eliminate cloud lock-in and make infrastructure as portable and resilient as code.
